Cask handpull at the brewery. My favourite of the beers. Amber, lasting beige head. I like that, very nice, slightly lime on the hops. I thought pretty nice. Malts are good and solid, the lime/grapefruit hop is good. Solid

From the conditioning tank at the brewery. Hazy pale yellow, bubbly white head. Bit of soap, but the hops come through on finish. Needs some more conditioning, but shows good grapefruit on finish. Could be really good when properly conditioned.

Cask handpull at the brewery. This was just the regular version. Pale gold, lasting white head. Chinook-y on aroma. Good solid golden ale. Very drinkable. Good after the long walk down to here out of the centre of town carrying a big bag of beer. Decent enough.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 17/05/09. Reddish-amber in colour with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, crystallised red fruit and a touch of earthiness. Flavour was very sweet, with plenty of toffee and a short, almost spicy finish. Ok.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag ONails, Bristol 23/04/09. Gold with a slight white head. Light, sweetish malt and citrus hop aroma. Flavour was rather earthy, with a hint of tropical fruit and dryish finish. OK, but could do with more character.
