Description
Stopped brewing in autmn 2023, beers brewed by owner Einbecker since then.
The current brewing factory in Peine has been associated with the name Härke since 1890. At that time Ernst Härke bought the former Rauls'sche brewery and gave it its name in 1907. The headquarters are located in a listed building right in the heart of Peine. Thanks to ongoing investments, the brewing site houses a state-of-the-art brewery. As always, it draws the water for production from its own deep well.

Bottle: Cloudy, golden, quite stable small creamy head, bananas and wheat in the slightly yeasty nose; soft & medium bodied, sweet-sourish flavour; caramelly traces in the shorter sweet-sourish finish. Surprisingly good Weizen from the lower saxony badlands......
