Nice, sharp flavor hits your palate and stays for a while. Clear golden color, with minimal head. Fizzy carbonation brings this to life. A nice surprise from this bottle, flavorful and lively. Despite the fizz and sharp tones, it’s an easy drink....

Picked up a half liter bottle in a mixed Bavarian six pack, pours a think, but light head. Slightly cloudy in appearance (although not unfiltered), with ample carbonation. the usual culprits in taste for a weizen (bananas, bubble gum, clove). Although the cloudy appearance gives the impression of a heavy beer, it is still very lightweight, and drinkable. Per the label, this won a 2011 prize (DLG?) Not a bad weizen from this small brewery.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white creamy/foamy head, that leaves nice lace. Aroma is fruity, wheaty, yeasty and mildly wooden. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some slight berryish notes. Foams a lot in the mouth while drinking.

Pours a cloudy orange colour with a firm white foam; fair and subtle banana aroma with notes of cloves staying in the background; sweet and soft palate, long corny aftertaste with notes of banana.

Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, grain, straw, hay, earthy, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt. Bottle 330ml.Clear medium red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, bread - dark bread, caramel, brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, bread, dark malt, alcohol warm. Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear deep amber with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and toffee. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, medium sweet, toffee, nutty with notes of alcohol.
