Hmm, a first from this brewery... ogivlado shared this with heavy and me (thanks!) Poured a golden body with a small head, fizzy. Malty, sticky woody nose. Herbal, dry empty taste, polleny, light acidity, no sweetness. Completely overattenuated, it would seem (ooh, tech speak). Eh. As useless as the one we’ve had before. Shame.

(bottle, as Gabreta Cervesia, probably the former Aldersbacher Märzen?) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Mildly toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel and shades of citric hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Caramely and slightly bready malt flavour mixed up with citric hops and herbal accents; moderately dry cara-malty finish with subtle fruity notes. Likeable brew. 01.XI.11

bottle, kindly donated by pivnizub - díky! Clear golden colour, mid-sized head. Malty-grainy aroma, also grainy flavour, slightly sweet with hints of biscuits. Very shy hoppy finish.

Bottle: Clear, golden, small persistent white head, moderate - typical - grainy to malty nose, very delicate bitterness underneath; typical mild sweetish mild bitter flavour, not really medium bodied, but kind of "crunchy"; shorter grainy-bitter finish. Nothing special, but O.K. .......

Bottle: Golden with a greenish sheen, very small head, sweetish-grainy nose with a herbal and a cardboardy tinge; medium bodied, soft, sweet flavour, sweet pale-malty finish, a slight touch of alcohol detectable. Better Festbier is easy to find......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big but loose foamy white head. Doughy and slightly perfumed pale malty aroma with shy notes of grassy hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Slightly chalky pale malt-character, dry moutfeel, mildly bitter and slightly grassy hoppy finish. Mediocre. 14.VIII.11

Naja... 8/7/7/5/6/5
