Undated can, compliments of tfontana, drunk 5/29/25. Thanks, Tom!
Appearance seems to check out. Quite a bit of haze, though a bit deeper copper in there making me wonder if there's a bit of caramel malt. Large, off-white head.
Peach-mango-orange with a bit of pineapple and lemongrass. No onion with the Mosaic, so that's nice to see. Clean and with some deeper mineral, as well as well-attenuated malts. Lingering wood and light citrus-tropical fruit juice.
Juicy and pretty malty. It's definitely got some hints of a caramel malt it seems, but is otherwise fairly substantive. That said, I think I'd like a bit more body for 7.5% abv. But it's not a huge deal. The important thing here is that the hops are done well, the beer is reasonably malty, dry and there's nothing weird/off. Great introduction to a new, promising brewery.

16 oz can traded by tfontana. Aroma of guava, orange, pear. Flavor has a lot of fruit. Juicy in character with a medium plus body. Shows a mild grass or herb like bitterness for balance. This drinks really well for me. Almost makes me wanna take a trip to Western MA to check this place out.

Part of a flight at the brewery. Clear pale yellow, nice sparkle, thin head with good retention and tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus, stone fruit and pine as advertised. Taste follows aroma. Smooth frothy texture, light bodied, soft carbonation, and finish as taste with mild bitterness. I don’t know that I have ever had a beer that matched its description this well! Well executed!
