Bottled@HBF2018. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some smoked wood with sweet malts. Flavou ris sweet malts, some smoke, mild toast as well as some floral and herbal notes.

Tap, Kavarna Homan, Škofja Loka. Clear(ish) olive green, small white head. Fruity nose, peach, candy, a bit citrusy. Moderate bitterness, rgassy, herbal, hints of sweetness. Dry aftertaste, lasting and solid. Lighter body. Ok.

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with Patrick & Ema. Aroma of roasted malt, bitter chocolate, red wine and wood. Pours hazy dark brown color with thin light brown rim without any head. Taste starts with sweet and rich roasted malt, following is vinous, dried fruity, woody and leathery, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is mild bitter. Tap, Sir William's. A bit hazy ruby red, tiny white head, nonlasting. Pretty vinous nose, sour with some cellar notes, hints of spices, no fruits here. Medium sourness, quite vinous, a bit tart. Has some lambic feel. Hints of sweetness, a bit woody. Nice slightly puckery soury with a bit acidic vinegar. Light. Nice.

Transferred from Untappd. Drat at Sir Williams Pub. Dark clearish brown color, off white head. Pine resin and roast aroma. Taste is bittersweet dark roast coffee and burnt pine needles. Nice.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, thin white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of green apple, some core. Taste is slightly sweet, tangy and tart, with green apple, some skin, apple core, and malic acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite OK
