Chevallier Brewing Company was set originally up by Aspall Cider. Incorporated on 26 October 2010. Dissolved on 10 October 2017.
The brewery brand was subsequently relaunched by Bruha in 2022 and has subsequently become the primary brand name used. A number of previous Bruha beers now appear under Chevallier branding and are aliased here.
Started brewing for Briarbank, Ipswich early in 2026 following the departure of the brewer there.

Draft: Poured a coppery golden with a white lacing head. Aroma is malty, leafy, earthy, fruity citrus. Taste is fuller bodied malty, leafy, earthy, light hint of citrus fruits, soft breadiness at finish.

Cask: Poured a coppery orange with a white frothy head. Aroma is light hops, candy, fruity, orange. Taste light hops bitter, more floral than fruit, piney. Refreshing on a hot day but not much else.
