Ein mehr als intensives Dubbel, das manche wohl schon als Doppelbock verkaufen würden...aber doch eindeutig kein Tripel. Dafür ist es zu süß. Wie der Verkäufer gesagt hat, muss man es warm werden lassen, damit es wirklich gut wirkt. Es hat schöne Karamellnoten und feine Bisquit- und weihnachtliche Gewürztöne. Beim Einstig etwas ruppig, aber bis zum Nachhall hin ein wirklich gutes, aromatisches und vor allem ausgewogenes Bierchen.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht fruchtig mit Anklängen an Citrus, leicht grasig hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Feels oxidized, also got a weird acetic-earthy sourness poking around in the late taste. Otherwise feels earthy, grassy. I do not get the wine character. Average.

gefunden in einem Supermarkt am Laxenburger Hauptplatz. Gebraut mit Callista-Hopfen aus der Hallerthau. Dadurch erhält es nicht nur einen fein-herben Charakter, sondern auch ein frisches-fruchtiges Aroma.Da hat man sich in dem noblen Wiener Vorort mit dem schönen Schloss etwas wirklich gutes überlegt.

RB backlog. Hay, grass, loads of grainy cereal with only a light touch of honey, gummy bear, light veg. Light sweetness, dusty and really grainy, a hint of sharpness in the bitter finish. Light, oddly velvety body with fizzy carbonation.
