Eine neue Brauerei für mich, welche man nicht mit dem Brau-Bauernhof Gallien verwechseln darf. Der Braumeister ist ein Gallier und konzentriert sich auf belgische 🇧🇪 Bierstile in Österreich 🇦🇹 braut. Dies ist ein Tripel, das in einem Mostello-Fass, einem Birnen-Dessertwein, gelagert wurde. So kommt zu den malzigen Tripel-Noten auch ein erdiger Holzton 🪵 🪓 und überreife Birnenaromen 🍐. Das alles ist schön vermengt und ergibt ein rundes Bild. Es könnte aber durchaus intensiver sein.

Bottle at ABC. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of candies, spices, wood. Taste, solid malty base with candies, fruity notes, spices. Alcohol is well hidden. Good.

RB backlog. Phenolic, dough, apple, peach. Quite dry, tart, mineralic, pearly carbonation overpowers everything. Slick body, quite pearly. Good.

0,33l from at bottle the Biergreissler. golden hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, spices, soapy, peppery, nutty, marzipan. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes soapy, ripe fruits, earthy, spices, peppery, nutty, light marzipan. finishes lightly dry with notes of ripe fruits, earthy and spicy notes. quite nice one 7, 4, 7, 3, 15

Bottle. Murky yellow, offwhite cream. Lightly dirty, citric, triple like. Medium mellow body, sparkly. Citrus, some Funk, pleasant enough.
