Bottle 0.75 l. Clear pale amber-golden, a white thin foam. Aroma: strange and rather weak for IPA, fruit, fried seeds, a bit mango. Taste: fruity, citrus, a bit mango, light sweetness. Not my favorite.

Bottle. Pours deep gold with tall frothy head of perfect retention and lacing. Vague aroma. Hay. Honey. Minor spicy hop notes including dill. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Semisweet honey malts start the taste followed by medium floral & grassy bitterness. Dill. Unfortunately this brew doesn’t offer the option that I’m fond of at IPA’s - fruitiness.

Clear amber, good white head. Weak lacing. The aroma is caramel, floral & spicy hops, sunflower oil. Light to medium body. Oily. The taste starts with some caramel sweetness. Later the hops are dominant giving floral tartness and spicy light bitterness. Very decent. The first Gletcher beer to have surpassed my expectations.

Opaque crimson red beer. Small pinkish head. Quick vanishing. Cherry syrup, marzipan and starch to be smelled. Really cheesy feel. Light to medium body. quite chewy for that ABV. The taste starts with cherry essence and gets drier after that. On ending you at last may know that fruit don’t obligatory cause diabetes. Low bitterness. Too late.

Bottle 0.75L. Deep mahogany, clear, little off-white head. Weak retention. A long lasting ring encircles the liquid. Sugary aroma. Caramel, candy, roasted malts. Medium body. Oily to creamy mouth feel. The rather sweet taste shows in addition to all mentioned notes some Belgian yeast. This fact makes the flavours more attractive. Generally decent even though it’s an arguable interpretation of the style.

Dark brown to black colour. Minimal beige head. Pour retention. Aroma: molasses, caramel, a little roast. Light body. Watery. The flavour is dry, lots of coffee, roast, dried fruit, floral hops, rather bitter. Not a bad taste at all. Drinkable

Bottle at 4.0 ABV. Pours cloudy ochre yellow, modest white fluffy head. Stays as a nice layer upon beer. The aroma is wheat, spice. I wish boiled peas were absent though. Light body. Velvety texture. White bread, spices and bothering peas (not as obvious as on nose) make the taste complete. It has its faults.
