Pale-orange, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet marque par des notes tropicales – purée/concentré de mangue assez dominant, cela éclipse tout élément relatif à la base de bière dont les malts et houblons. Je note aussi un effet abricot
Palais axe sur le tropical – de suite sur des notes de mangue avec une pointe d’ananas en retrait. Douceur sur le lactose avec une fine amertume latente avec une touche d’agrumes en support. Douceur qui parvient tout de même à laisser une sensation collante aux lèvres – sucre résiduel avec surement un apport fruite compose de concentre de fruits. Mangue tombe du coup dans un effet sirop pour la toux. Amertume ‘crisp’ sur la fin sur les agrumes.

Misted deep gold with a decent off-white head. Grapefruit, tropical and floral notes, herbs, pine, resin. Solid bitterness. Not bad.

Appearance: Opaque very deep red with a short-lived pink head. Aroma and taste: Sugared cherries, strange barnyard - & umami-like yeast. Medium sweet. Sugary. Nothing that could balance the sugar. Mouth feel: medium body, soft carbonation. Summary: A miss.
