Bottle picked up from Oinomathia Cellar or by it's Greek name called Κάβα Οινομάθεια, Volos and consumed at Xenofons parents apartments, Loutras, Kythnosos Friday 11th September 2020. Hazy light lemony pour with a white head. Soft mouthfeel, light sherbet lemon touches, light creamy vanilla. Fine.

Bottle picked up from Κάβα Οινομάθεια, Wine and Beer shop, Volos, had this at Camping Venezuela, Kamena Vourla, Ag. Serafim, Greece, Sunday 6th September 2020. Pours dark gold/light amber with large clean white head. Soft mouthfeel, cereal in mouth. It's easier to describe it in terms of what it's not quite got correct, light fruity yes but lacks some of the usual characteristics of a traditional pilsner, that's not too say it's in anyway poor, it isn't, it just needs a little more bitterness, crispness, hoppiness, dryness. Ok and quite refreshing I happily drank it all.
