Little dram from the bottle kindly shared by TimE. Huge raspberry nose with vanilla, light maple syrup notes, honey. Deep crimson, flat. Sweet honey and raspberry, vanilla, maple syrup. Heavy and of course cloying, but nice raspberry acidity cuts through it nicely. A little alcohol burn also helps to balance. Quite delicious. Not sure it lives up to the huge hype, but it does taste great.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing translucent deep plum red. The nose shows pronounced notes of raspberry, jam, baking spice, and pancake batter. The palate is full bodied showing the same pronounced notes of raspberry and jam. Extremely fruit forward and moderately but balanced sweetness. Lacks the pancake batter flavor seen in Banana Pancake but this is still near the same level of perfection.

Inky purple color. Excellent fresh raspberry jam, pancake character with nice pancake dough character but very fruit driven. Decadent lovely palate, nice acidity, excellent raspberry jam character with pancake playing in the background. The pancake character isn’t as pronounced as the banana pancake mead. Nice acidity. Better than pancake for acidity. Amazing

Clear medium to dark red - purple colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, alcohol, spicy, fruity, berries, blueberry, cashew nut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, honey, floral honey, berries, blueberry - very intense concentrated blueberry, cashew nuts, spicy, medium dry. Bottle pours out amber, nose is banana split Sunday honey berries. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey notes berries bananas nice.
