The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, sweet malt, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. The caramel was nice, but lacks body. Need to increase the malt bill.

The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits, stone fruit, dry hop, The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a crisp, super fresh, fruity, light dry pepper spice, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at BeerFest Asia XI Edition. Poured a hazy yellow straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is buttery yeast, zesty lime citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a juicy citrus, chamomile herbal, light floral palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, juicy citrus, mineral, light dry pepper spice, hop bitter palate and a lingering floral bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a light, crisp, fruity, herbal, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Surprisingly sweet!

Tap at BeerFest Asia XI Edition. Poured a murky medium brown with a thin broken white head. The aroma is malt, light caramel, light marshmallow. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, light bitter with a smooth, slightly watery, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. A little too sweet and needs more body.

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting thin, off white head. The aroma is grassy hop, light malty citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, roasty, light caramel, light citrus, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Smoother than your average black IPA with light sweet caramel notes and with a bigger body. Nicely balanced. Rather sessionable.

Bottle at Warehouse Bar, Bangkok. Near black with a ring tan head. Aroma of chocolate, cocoa powder, caramel, coffee and roast. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
