Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, wood, riped apples. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, wood, apples, sulfur, barnyard. Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy yellow with airy white bubbles. Clear, vinous aroma of fermented apples, with hints of yeast. Sweetish flavour of apples with estery notes. Medium carbonation. Rather rough finish. Not bad but too sweet and carbonated for my taste.

Bottle, 75cl. A lightly unclear one, golden-orange in color and topped by some off-white bubbles. Fresh apples and some notes of damp forest in the aroma. It’s quite tart and dry, with a rather pleasant carbonation level making it even more palate cleansing. Apples and a cellar touch in the flavor. Long finish. Tasteful, sort of quenching and perhaps a bit too carbonated to be easy drinkable. 131123
