330ml bottle [BBE 30/07/2014, no bottling date, already past BBE at purchasing]. Clear amber colour with huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Piney and sweaty resinous, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish caramel malty basis with a nuttily touch, some almond. Taste is bitter hoppy, resinous, nuttily, hints of almond, a touch of orange, cautious fruity hints of red berries, minimally sweet caramel malty basis. Bitterness adds up with time like the spiciness of a hot Thai dish but remains on tolerable niveau. As expected, not many fresh hop flavours. Would like to revisit an "uncellared" example. Auspicious.

Getreidiger, leicht hopfiger Antrunk. Eine minimale Säure ist vorhanden, jedoch weit hinter Hopfen und Getreide. Mild, die Hopfenbitterkeit steigt. Weich, zum Ende hin trocken werdend. Kaum noch hopfig, bitterer Ausklang. 9/9/8/8/8/8

Malzig hefiger, etwas schokoladiger Antrunk. Würzig, vollmundig, leichte Röstnoten. Rund, passend süß. Gelungenes vollmundiges Porter. 11/12/12/11//11

Nussig malziger Antrunk mit deutlichem Karamellmalz. Würziger Mittelteil, vollmundig, süffig, wenig herb. Gut! 11/11/12/11//11

Angenehmer, leicht fruchtiger Hopfenantrunk. Hell herb, blumig. Vollmundig, die Hopfigkeit und damit die blumigen Noten halten an, zum Ende würziger, blumig, starke Hopfenbitterkeit. 12/12/11/11//11

Röstiger, trocken hefiger Antrunk. Wenig würzig, süffig, kurzzeitig alkoholisch wirkend. Röstig bleibend, erdig, zum Ende leicht hefig. 11/9/9/9//9
