Bit too sweet for me

Dey as a bone. Funky tartness like a good lambic. Would cut brilliantly with aged Old Rotterdam. Clean. Apple tizer spritzer

From keg at Hawkes in Beermondsay, London, 24.08.19. Almost blanc, with a hue of yellow. Some white head. Aroma and taste of sour apples, yellow apples and yellow apple zest. Not very complex.

Tap at BD, Tallinn. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sour and sweet, apples. Overall: decent.

Vom Fass im BrewDog/DogTap Berlin 2019-08 getrunken. Bei diesen hellgoldenen Aofel-Cider muß man sich fragen wo die Äpfel im Herstellungsprozeß verwendet wurden. Im Aroma findet man nun ganz schwach Apfelnoten. Dies Säure ist auch ganz schwach wie auch der Körper. Das Ding hier erinnert eher an eine schlechte, stark verdünnte Apfelschorle. Hat zwar keine Fehlnoten aber auch kaum Apfel. Nein so was brauche ich nicht.

Vom Fass im BrewDog/DogTap Berlin 2019-08 getrunken. Die hellrote Farbe von dem Cider leuchtet sicher auch im Dunkeln ;-). In Nase wirkt das Aroma irgendwie künstlich. Am Gaumen ist dieses Beeren Cider dann aber nur noch ein dünner Beeren-Frucht-Extrakt ohne Körpern, so daß es eher wie Bonbon-Wasser schmeckt. Entäuschend und kommt mir nie mehr ins Glas.

Tap at the brewpub. Ok furity nose with a bit of funkiness. Deep golden color. Medium sweet, low acidity, low tannins. Thirst quenching and tasty without being challenging at all.
