Vom Fass im BrewDog/DogTap Berlin 2019-08 getrunken. Die hellrote Farbe von dem Cider leuchtet sicher auch im Dunkeln ;-). In Nase wirkt das Aroma irgendwie künstlich. Am Gaumen ist dieses Beeren Cider dann aber nur noch ein dünner Beeren-Frucht-Extrakt ohne Körpern, so daß es eher wie Bonbon-Wasser schmeckt. Entäuschend und kommt mir nie mehr ins Glas.

Tap at the brewpub. Ok furity nose with a bit of funkiness. Deep golden color. Medium sweet, low acidity, low tannins. Thirst quenching and tasty without being challenging at all.

50 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow. No head. Aroma is apples, mild. Juicy, crisp apples. Lingering zesty apples. Juicy finish.

At a tasting, small bubbly fizzy head, clear very pale red color, aroma of wood, vinous, a bit of minerals and apple, quite sour, fruity apple, a bit of minerals, vinous and a bit of wood. Really nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Clear pink. Strawberry, apple, rhubarb, sweetish-sourish, a bit citric. Good and refreshing.

Tap@Hawkes Cidery & Taproom, London (28062019) - pink reddish pour with a thin white pinkish head. Dry and light sweet apple and strawberry prominence with some notes of apple pulp, medium body, fruity close.
