Keg at the cider. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet brown muscadado sugar, nutmeg. Cinnamon,, Christmas spices. Flavour is composed of pretty sweet sugars, Christmas spices z nutmeg, cinnamon, appple,. Works pretty well.. Balance is good. Palate. Nice. is very sweet, moderate to low carbonation. Nice.

Keg at the Hawkes taproom. A clear bright yellow straw coloured pour with no head. Aroma is fruity dry apple, flint, pear, heather hedgerow nose. Flavour is composed of dry apple, crisp apple and wood apple pips, flint mellow funk. Palate is crisp, tart, highish carbonation,. Nice cider.

330ml can from Hawkes. Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and tangy apple & barnyard aroma with vinegary hint. Taste is sweetish juicy apple, woody leathery horseblanket barnyard funk with sharp tart fruity notes and some drying tannins. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Whole Foods Kensington, drunk in Hyde Park before watching Nine Inch Nails at Royal Albert Hall. Good fruity berries thats perhaps more vibrant and blackcurrant-like than the box version. This was also sparkling, and quite refreshing. Box @ Euston Cider Tap 2015. Pours a rosy gold. Taste is fruity with some peach and blackcurrant lacing. Not too much apple coming through, some caramel & pear with a slight hint of rich calvados.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting 13/06/2018. Many thanks to Paul. A pale petrol coloured pour with no head. Aroma is woody apple, plastic sweets, pear, bark. Flavour is composed of crisp , woody fruit, pear, light tang, bark, woodland fruit. Palate is crisp tart, moderate carbonation, drying finish. Little alcohol bit in the finish.

Bottle at L6, thanks to Soapey, 13/06/18. Almost opaque light yellow with an off white head. Nose is apple pulp, glazed apples, light cherry bakwell. Taste comprises bitter apple peel, grass, bakewell icing, sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent offering veering towards a low boost ice cider.

Bottle shared at L6. It pours clear very pale white wine yellow with minimal head. The aroma is sweet, creamy, floral, tart apple, apple skin, pear, vanilla, touch of spice and apple & custard boiled sweets. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, spritzy, apple skin, pear skin, cheap white wine, gooseberry and some tannin with a firmly dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Pleasant white wine character. Not much depth though.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Scoopy. Pours entirely pale and very lightly effervescent. Light sweet flavour with some ripe apples, moderate tartness, a little vanilla. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish, some musty dryness, more tangy apples, a nip of lemon. Fun stuff.
