Tap. Rather clear amber-orange color with no head. Aroma is apple skin, some funk. Taste is sweet apple skin, funky. High carbonation that is quite sharp. Good Cider, despite being kinda sweet.

To write something about this at a beer site is probably wrong. Far from the beer scene and not very much cider either. Fruit alco pop. Really deep red body and a fine berry aroma. Loads of berries in the flavor. Quite refreshing with a lot of ice in the summer sun.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear pale gold with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, hay, tannins, apple skin and wood. The taste is crisp, sweet, sugary, apple, pear, appleade, apple pie and earth with a short finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not a whole lot to it. Fair.

Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Leighton for this one. Clear golden yellow coloured pour no head. Aroma is subdued, apple, low on the nose, sugary honey. Flavour is composed of tangy apple, sugary, honey. Palate is medium sweet, crisp, highish carbonation. Meh.

Bottle shared in Watford - picked up at Mother Kelly’s. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, white head. Dry apple aroma, with some minerals, skins. Light to medium sweet flavour with ripe, sugary apples, low bitterness, faint butterscotch. Light bodied with average carbonation. Ripening apples in the finish, with more faint butter, licks of caramel, a hint of acidity. Not bad overall.
