Keg at Brewdog Waterloo, 21/09/22. Cherry red with a fast collapsing crimson cap. Nose is modest apple, glazed cherries, straw. Taste comprises cherry stones, residual sugars, light tannins, pink lady apple skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. OK fruited cider ... doesn't run silly sweet like some of its compatriots but not getting much apple presence.

Bottle from DogTap. It pours very pale almost greenish gold with a tiny white head. The taste is somehow sweet, sour and savoury, tangy crunchy apple, definite sake / rice pudding, melon, white wine, grain husk and hay. The taste is fairly sweet upfront, juicy, tangy, crunchy, sherbet, sweet white grape, green apple skin, limeade, white grape, melon, savoury, splash of sake, rice pudding, hit of acidity and light umami with a dry finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Quite interesting stuff.

Can. This is actually made in Ohio. Not the UK. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A big spicy nose. Rich Christmas spices, sweet apples, toast. Solid.

On tap at Brewdog - Merchant City (Glasgow), pours a clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is very sweet, with lots of sugary pears, no real farmhouse character or complexity. Flavour is very sweet, although somehow it's not cloying. No real depth or complexity, but it's fine.

On tap at Brewdog Doghouse Manchester, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Nose brings out bright barnyard funk, crisp apple skins, and some leather. Flavour is dry and funky, with lots of barnyard funk, leather, and dry apples. Really great funk character here. Tasty.

On tap at Brewdog Manchester, pours a cloudy dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out red berries and some apple skins. Flavour is full of red berries, red apple, and medium sweets. Lots of red berries that overtake the apples. Not the best cider by any means. It's fine.
