Description
Neptune Brewery has been brewing modern beers, inspired by tradition, since 2015. We’re a small but mighty team and proudly independent. Our beers are naturally conditioned and all the “uns” - that’s unfiltered, unpasteurised and unfined - ensuring the greatest flavour in each brew. It also means our beers are vegan friendly as we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy them.

Hand-pulled cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn. A clear amber coloured body, a bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, scattered lacing. Moderately malt-fruity aromas, hints of ripe fruits. Blended taste of mid-sweet malts, ripe fruits and a spicy note. Mid-dry close, malt-fruity. Satisfying last beer at the festival.

Hand-pulled cask ale, half-pint, shared with Finn. Black in the glass, some patchwork on the surface, dotted spots on the glass. Nicely roasted, mid-sweet chocolate malts on the nose. Fine malt-driven taste of milk chocolate, dark bread and a distant note of black coffee. Slightly roasted, semi-sweet chocolate malty finish. Like it.
