Description
Neptune Brewery has been brewing modern beers, inspired by tradition, since 2015. We’re a small but mighty team and proudly independent. Our beers are naturally conditioned and all the “uns” - that’s unfiltered, unpasteurised and unfined - ensuring the greatest flavour in each brew. It also means our beers are vegan friendly as we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy them.

Can directly from Neptune courtesy of and shared with dad, Saturday 16th October 2021 listening to MGMT, at Isobel's Spond, nr Kington Herefordshire at the after wedding party. Pours a light washed out copper with a white head. As per description there are light citrus and stone fruits, a just a tiny little bit watery, good.

Can from Beer Garage (I think). Appearance - deep orange, autumnal red. Solid off-white head. Nose - red and orange fruit both, light tart and zesty fruitiness. Taste - redcurrant and dried orange. Light cake at the back. Palate - medium bodied, dry tart/zesty middle and finish. Overall - I think this is a red IPA and I like it.

44oml can: BBE Feb 2022. Drank at home on 4th Aug 2021. Misty amber body, soft white head. Citrus fruits dominate the nose and flavours. Only Citra and Summit hops mentioned on the can, so maybe a new recipe without Huell Melon and Ahtanum hops?

440ml can: BBE Feb 2022. Drank at home in the early hours of 1st Aug 2021. Hazy, dirty orange body, white crust on top. The Centennial hops do their thing and provide bitterness and give off a citrussy and piney aroma/taste, the malts being pushed away behind the scenes.
