Description
At Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri they produce craft beer and fruity sodas. The point of everything the brewery produce has always been to create great taste and interesting flavours using whatever is necessary to achieve these goals.

A big part of what they do is experimenting. The brewery are constantly engaged with trying out new flavours and creating new tastes for future products. Before being launched, all of their products have been through a testing period where they refine the taste and flavour, making sure that everything is just right.

January 2022: 330 ml bottle, as Ebeltoft Damn Dark Stout VII, from the brewery. Unpasteurised and unfiltered. ABV is 8.5%. Black colour, small tan head. Aroma of roast malts, English liquorice and chocolate. Soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Moderately sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, hints of coffee, moderate bittering hops.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, tropical fruit, citrus. Flavor i light sweet light bitter, little malt, fruity hops, tropical fruit, citrus, lemon, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 080826

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey golden with a lacing, white head. Spicy, tropical hop aroma. Medium body, mostly dry - same tropical spiciness as in the nose with a subdued finishing bitterness. Well crafted. 210726

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue with a small, beige head. Sweet licorice aroma - no real rostiness. Rich, sweet body, plenty of licorice and molasses. Warming finish. A candy Imperial, but quite delicious. 010726
