Chalk, milk and citrus aroma. Strong lemon and mandarin flavor with yoghurt. Just a bit of fruity sweetness. The emphasis is on refreshment, not on herbalness.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear pale golden, rocky head. Floral, spicy nose. Mid sweet with medium and rounded mouthfeel. Bready, somewhat starchy malt. Spicy and grassy. Long, really bitter finish.

Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Hazy amber, firm rocky head. Bready, fruity nose with some grass. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Bready, grassy and fruity with a mild roasty note. Light husky bitterness. Harmonious.
