Keg at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear golden, mid sized head. Grassy hoppy nose. Dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Solid malt, grassy hops. Long bitter finish.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Minimally strawy, spicy and minimally grainy malty aroma, a touch of honey, minimally floral, hoppy overtones. Taste is dry, slightly bitter and mineral hoppy, sweet-ish malty basis, a touch of honey.

Sonnen-Bock, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin-Wedding. - Helles Goldbraun, klar; dichter Schaum. - Dezente Nase mit sattem, zart rauchigem hellen Malz. - Antrunk dicht und schwer hellmalzig mit der charakteristischen Rauchnote echter Bockbiere. Zarte Anklänge an Honig und Aprikosenkonfitüre. Gedämpfte aber unterschwellig kräftige Hopfenherbe mit kräuterigen Aromen und herber Zitrusfrucht. Milder rezent, vollmundig, dezenter Alkohol. Im Abgang runde zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe und eine zarte säuerliche Note. - Solider, runder aber schwerer heller Bock mit beträchtlichen wenngleich gedämpften Hopfenwerten. Sehr gut. (19.1.2019.)

500ml Bottle - A deep amber colour with a foamy head. Malt, rye and notes of orange peel in the aroma. Malty and moderately sweet taste with toffee, dried fruit, nuts and even some faint hints of coffee in the finish.I like it even if it is perhaps a tad too sweet.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is grainy, lightly fruity, citric, a bit weird. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not bad, but it's a bit weird.

Tap at the brewery.. Clear orange-brown with a high, airy head. Nutty, chocolate nose. Sweet, nutty,m malty flavor turns dry and earthy, with raisins and hazelnuts, sunflower seeds. Hops are earthy, with low bitterness.

Tap at the brewery. Shinging golden, brilliantly xclear. Tall head. Lovely, creamy, crackery malt nose with a touch of honey and lemon herbs. Lovely bready, crackery flavor, peppery lemon hops. Light sweetness but finishes dry and bitter. Excellent.

Schönes Gold, leichte Perlung, ordentlicher Schaum. In der Nase hopfig, Getreide. Im Trunk malzig, deutlich Bitterhopfen, leicht süß, hinten dann getreidig, malzig. Leicht karamellig. Feines Ding.
