Bottle (bought at the brewpub): Pale golden coloured, hazy, medium-sized creamy head; stronger citrousy nose, the usual bananas and cloves are hidden in the backyard; sweetish, a little bit sourish flavour, creamy MF; citrousy, a bit bitter and tart finish. A good, decent fresh Weizen !

Bottle (bought at the brewery): Amber coloured, small lacing off-white head; the nose is a mixture of sweet-malty, almost toasted aromas and a delicate, floral bitterness; sweet (malty)-bitter flavour, soft MF, a bit sticky, light to medium bodied; sweet-malty finish with a distinctive bitterness. O.K., but not really great..............

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6

Bottle
Hazy green golden color, low on visible carbioation, foamy white head. Bready malt and herbal hop aroma. Heavy on the straw malt for a pils, slight fruity dip in the middle before hard metallic herbal bittering hops are injected, pinecones present. Slick mouthfeel, long bitter aftertaste. Its brutal, but I like it for that.

Bottle
Fat malt - rye or sourdoughlike, herbal hops and a bit fruit in the aroma. Attractive orange - chestnut and fine creamy, lacing off-white head. Heavy malt body, bready notes prevalent, roasty, yeasty and minereally towards the finish, which is finetuned with the bittering hops to cleanse the palate so that no sweetness lingers on. Very nice.

Orange-brown beer; yellow-amber head, collapsing. Bready nose, dark malts, dark grains, bit of melanoidins & malt sugars. Sweet dark bread but a touch of hops as well. Somewhere a (blue) grapey touch, as well as a flavouring as from black cardemoms. Light to medium body, "nourishing" impression, not at all watery, nor syrupy. A good one, remarkable nice flavours.
