Hausbrauerei zur Sonne Urtyp hell, Flasche von Ambrosetti, Berlin. - Goldgelb, blank; schöner Schaum. - In der Nase leicht gerstiges helles Malz, ein Hauch von Vanillesüße, blasse aber ausreichende herbale Hopfung. - Antrunk mild und sauber gerstig hellmalzig mit sehr dezenter Malzsüße mit einem Hauch von Honig und Vanillezucker. Feine herbale Hopfung, sommerliche Kräuter, eine Andeutung von Zitrone. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank, leicht trocken. Im Abgang milde Herbe. - Sauberes, ausgereiftes Helles mit Tiefgang, das trotz sortentypisch milder Aromen atmet und lebt. Eines der besten Hellen bisher. (8.2.2023.)

Bottle at Ambasada. Hazy brownish-golden body, laaasting off-white head. Smells like chocolate malt, with soapy touches. Grainy, chocolatey taste, lean, dry, vaguely soapy. Nice smooth body, lightly prickly. Good stuff!

Flaska från Bierothek. Klar gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Mjuk, len, fyllig och lättdrucken. Säd, bröd, honung, hö, blommor, och en lätt söt fruktighet. Sinnebilden för en riktigt bra sydtysk helles. Mycket gott

Bottle at Ambasada. Hazy dull yellow body, white head. Heavily grainy, bit flowery, soapy aroma. Taste.. lean, sweetish grainy, bit DMS at first, and then later again, urgh. Didn't age gracefully.
