Bottled. Amber colour, no head. .Aroma is fruits, raisins, alcohol, some mild herbs and mildly burnt sugar. Flavour is extremely sweet, sugary, malty and fruity. Mild honey as well. Afternote: pour the yeast in, it balances it out quite much. a 3.2 with yeast in.

Bottled. Amber colour, not that much head. Aroma is fruits, floral hops, nectar, mild alcohol as well as some sap and wood. Flavour is fruity and floral hops along with sweet malts, some spices as well as wood and some sap. Rather pleasantly balanced and nice brew.

Bottle. Golden - orange colour with a white head. Aroma is sweet, hop, apricot, lemon. Flavour is sweet, apple, hop, apricot, lemon. OK beer.

Bottle 630ml.Clear medium red brown color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, rubber, medicine - gauze. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, rubber. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Messy. [20100518]

Bottle. Brown - orange colour with a beige head. Aoma is fruit, malt, caramel. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, caramel, berries, sourness. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle. A dark beer, almost black, with a decent beige head. Chocolate and coffee dominating both aroma and flavor. Some dried fruits blending in. Full-bodied and sweetish, semi-sweet, sort of lacing something.. The finish is quite sweet, with a good blend of coffee and chocolate. A nice one. A nice one, definately one of the best from Ebeltoft. 100522

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. Another Ebeltoft beer trying to escape both bottle and glass, pouring a clear, amber body under a finger-thick, dense beige head. Resiny nose with a little roasted caramel or bready note and a touch of milky sourness. Nice hoppy bitterness in the mouth, full-bodied and effervescent, but there’s also a sourness I could do without. The bitterness should be more intense, but going English style it’s ok. Malty sweetness balances the whole thing. Not a beer I would like to revisit, but still it’s a decent one. 100522

Bottle, as Spicy Cider fra Ebeltoft. Thx to Papsoe for providing this one. An unclear golden-orange cider with a good fluffy white head soon diminishing into a rim of bubbles. Mashed apples, a touch of Christmas spices, some orchard notes. Quite sweet in the flavor, with mashed apples and a really pleasant spicyness. Medium body, good carbonation, and lots of apples in the finish. A pleasant one, though on the sweet side. 100520

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. The beer tried to escape the bottle and my glass, but just a few drops escaped. It has a slightly hazy body, golden in color, and with a bit, foamy and diminishing white head. The aroma has some pale malts, with a good grassy and resiny flavor. There seems to be some milky sourness too. It’s a quenching beer, with a good bitterness. Hay, some pale malts and some malty sweetness. Fruity and slightly bitter finish. Uncertain about this one, it’s quite nice, but there also seems to be a little infection. 100522

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Dark red-amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Coffee and licorice notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
