Description

At Ebeltoft Gårdbryggeri they produce craft beer and fruity sodas. The point of everything the brewery produce has always been to create great taste and interesting flavours using whatever is necessary to achieve these goals.

A big part of what they do is experimenting. The brewery are constantly engaged with trying out new flavours and creating new tastes for future products. Before being launched, all of their products have been through a testing period where they refine the taste and flavour, making sure that everything is just right.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some dank hops, caramel, and bready malt. Flavour has some dank hops, pine, and biscuity malt. Dry, dank finish. Pleasant.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of dank hops, some pine, and biscuity malt to back. Flavour has some nice dank hops, light pine, and biscuity malt. Nice dank hop expression, with a dry finish. Good.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Dry grass, dank oils, some armpits on the nose. Flavour has dry grass, dank oils, chewy biscuit malts. Not bad.
