A big part of what they do is experimenting. The brewery are constantly engaged with trying out new flavours and creating new tastes for future products. Before being launched, all of their products have been through a testing period where they refine the taste and flavour, making sure that everything is just right.

On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Straw and chewy malts on the nose. Flavour has straw, pale malts, seltzery. Poor.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A clear dark reddish brown beer, no head. Aroma of strong dark malt, oak chips, wood. Taste of chocolate, Bourbon, vanilla, lot of oak.
MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A clear reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dry roasted dark malt, chocolate, nuts. Taste of roasted dark malt, chocolate, nuts, moderate bitterness, flat carbonation.
