Black with a tall beige head. Sweet chocolate, caramel, coconut, vanilla, light oak, some of the sweeter brandy notes, earth. Medium bodied. Finish is sweet with vanilla and oak. Not sickly sweet but definitely sweet. The brandy mostly gets lost with the coconut and vanilla additions but it’s a fine stout.

Black with a creamy beige head. Roasted malts, light coffee, a bit of cocoa, oatmeal sweetness, a touch of cream, and light vanilla. Medium bodied. Finish has some roasted notes along with vanilla cream. Nice stout.

Copper with a white head. Nice level of pine, fruity citrus, light pale malts. Medium bodied. Finish has a solid bitter dank bite. Approaches old skool. Dig it.

Can from Birras Deluxe. Clear golden with white head. Crisp bread crust, pine, resinous hops, light doughy, orange zest, herbal hops. Just medium seeet and solid bitter. Medium bodied. Classic West Coast, not bad.

Black with a beige head. I get loads of cream Soda in the aroma with just a little chili spice. Full bodied. Flavor is also heavy in the cream Soda, with more habanero heat, chocolate, deep caramel malts. It’s sweet throughout. Finish has lingering spice heat but not really burning. It’s interesting.

Clear golden orange with a creamy white head. Citrus and light pine over a slightly sweet malt profile. Has definite proper WCIPA feels. Thick, creamy mouthfeel. Really dig this. It could be a bit drier and the creamy mouth tells me hazy IPAs have infiltrated it a bit but otherwise it’s a very solid IPA.

A bit of a pale yellow while still hazy with a white head. Citrus juices, a bit of pine, tropical fruits, sweet oat cream. Medium bodied. Finish is tart. Solid.

Black with a large, fizzy deep beige head. Big chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut notes. Little else. Rather sweet. Medium bodied. I guess it’s truth in advertising but it’s also very uninspired.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Sharply tangy tropical fruits, apricot, nectarine, citrus, creamsicle, oat sweetness. Full bodied. Good for the style.
