From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden deep amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, light fruity and with hints of liqourice. Dark roasted malt, smooth toffee and vague liqourice. Ends dry roasted and slight bitter. Nice dunkles.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and mild hoppy. Vague grassy and rather fruity hops flavoured. Bitter, fruity and mild grassy into a nice dry and fruity finish. Lovely helles.

swing top bottle (500ml). -Orange/golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, malty and mild alcoholic nose. Malty and fruity with notes of orange and tangerine. Alcohol is mild and pleasant, finish is moderate bitter. Nice and easy-drinkable bock.

Hazy blond color. Nice malt aroma. The flavor is suddenly killed by a medium but stingy chili action. Impossible to rate further (luckily I had it at last); the base beer is a good one, as usual for 7 Stern, but the result is just for the fun of the young crowds...

Dark color, amber and mahogany, with a persistent creamy head. Strong aroma of smoked sausages. It has a correct body strength, even if getting thinner towards the end; caramel flavor, dry, with pleasant smokey touch, and correct bitterness. Balanced, as usual; in the final there is some more dark chocolate, and the smoke presence is persistent. Very good.

Hazy amber color. Creamy head. It has light malt aroma and flavor. Correct brew, but quite simple; at least it’s a bit more bitter than most commercial Märzen.

Golden color. Some malt aroma. Round mouthfeel, good body strength, sweetish malt flavor, correct bitterness. Another balanced beer from 7 Stern, though not impressive.

Dark brown color, creamy head. It has a pleasant caramel aroma, a medium body strength, creamy, but also some roasted malt flavor that is not my favorite. But it’s well balanced and well brewed.

Hazy deep blond color. The aroma is lightly malty. It has a good mouthfeel, smooth and round, with some malt and grassy flavor (the hemp), and residual sweetness. Correct bitterness. Balanced and pleasant, even if the hemp in the end is a strange feeling in a beer.

Hazy deep blond color; nice lace. The aroma is a bit light, but it has a good crispy malt flavor and balanced bitterness. Pleasant.
