Draft at the restaurant. Pours a bubbly, almost clear, yellow color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is lemon zest, hay, coriander, and mild grass. Sweet and malty, with a light, resinous bitterness. Light, grainy, and sticky. Easy and pretty solid.

On tap at the restaurant. Pours a clear, dark, brown color, with a big, dense, tan head. The nose is vanilla, walnut, mild caraway, and caramel. Sweet and malty, with no real bitterness. Medium body, syrupy, and dusty. Easy and pretty nice.

33cl swing top bottle. A slightly hazy golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, flowers, pale malt. Taste of dry hops, citrus, flowers, pale malt. Mild bitterness.

Wieder mal ein neues BIer aus der Brauerei Gratzer. Die Adelheid begrüßt uns mit einer Ziege am Etikett und ein bisschen grobporigen Schaum. Geschmacklich ist es voll da und kässt sich gemütlich trinken. Nix wässriges oder fades. Es ist halt auch nichts besonderes -klassisches Lager mit den bekannten Vor- und Nachteilen. Wer es einmal etwas alkoholisch-leichter bei klassischen Lager-Körper mag, kann sich über dieses Bier freuen.
