Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, citrus, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of bread, malt, wheat, and bread, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Barrel @ Sandkerwa. Ceramic mug. Thick head. Nice caramelly aroma - the thick head actually covers up some of the nose. Clean, crisp, hoppy beer with only a hint of that caramel. Very dry, hoppy, uberfranken take on the festbier concept.

Ceramic mug. Crazy aroma - full rich rye bread. There’s obviously diacetyl in this, but it melds fairly well with breadcrusty, chewy dark malts. The body suffers a little bit from the diacetyl but retains quite a bit of rich, charamelized chewiness, such that it is more effective than it ought to be.
