Almost clear amber colour, white head. Malty aroma, bread, hops, citrus and white wine. Light sweet malty flavour, light bitter. Quite fizzy. Finish bread and hops. Decent!

(Verkostung: 10.9.2016.)

July , 2013. Draught @ Wolframstubn, Windischeschenbach. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy head. Yeasty phenolic nose. Grassy dry and bitter flavor along with some offensive yeast. Crisp , oily and hoppy but ends up being quite dirty overall because of the yeast, 3,1. April , 2017: Entirely clean. Bread and white baguette malts. Slight grassy hops. So soft and delicate. Refined and balanced. Waauuuuuww. From 3,1 to 4,3.

At Wolframstub’n. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a fruity hint, some yeast and a touch of brettanomyces. Dryish malty flavour with herbal and yeasty notes, and definitely a touch of brett

Tap at Wolframstub’n 11/07/2011. Slightly hazy gold with a decent white head. Aroma was buttery with some rather raw cereals and apricot fruit. The butterscotch was less evident on the flavour, which had a more fruity edge, leading to a somewhat redeeming bitter finish. A bit too rustic for me.
