Barcade, Philadelphia tap: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is lots of freshly brewed coffee, sugar, roasty malties. Taste is pretty sweet with plenty of coffee up in there. Big and creamy.

The aroma was strong citrus, grapefruit, lemon and orange peel. The flavor was bitter and tart with grapefruit, orange, a bit of sweetness and a grainy note. Long orange finish. Medium body. Not really anything saison like about it - more APA like.

Tap patricks. I’m not a fan of imperial stout but I thought I’d give this a try. Big sweet nose. Black. Nice lacing. Bitter medicine from the start. Difficult smooth and lingering. You’d never know this was 14%, its quite mild for that rating. Only just borders on impy stout status, more like a stronger dry stout.
