Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, bubble gum, clove. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, clove, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111126]

Bottle. Surprisingly clear for a weissbier, golden-orange in color and with a dense, two-finger off-white head leaving lacings. Banana and bubble gum aroma with a touch of cloves. Some wheaty notes and lemon hints. The flavor has banana and bubble gum dominating, leaving room for some lemony notes and cloves. Smooth on the palate, although with an appropriate level of carbonation, semi-dry and medium bodied. Some notes of metal in the very end. A decent weissbier, not competing with the best, but fine anyway. 111126

Bpttle. Pale golden, low carbonation, nice fluffy off-white head. Grainy aroma with a light sourmash note an perfumed hops. Dusty, hayish base, acidic, light skunked, chemical off-flavors toward the finish. Medium chewy body.
