Highland Park Brewery began in the back of The Hermosillo Bar in Highland Park, Los Angeles and has since opened a new location in Chinatown, LA. The new location houses a Brewery, tasting room with food, and welcomes kiddo's in the tasting room & pups on the patio!

Can. Amber beer with an off-white head. Dank and grapefruit aroma with pine. Grapefruit and light pine flavor with light dankness. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light summer fruit linger with light pine and light dankness.

6 oz. pour at Fidens Brewery. Opaque yellow with ring of head, nice viscosity, light lacing. Aroma is strong mix of citrus, melon/fruit salad, milder herb. Taste is strong, sharp citrus over fruit salad, whisper of late herb. Frothy texture, medium bodied, average carbonation and dry, yeasty finish as taste. Really nice!
