Bottle at home... Deep dirty brown. Soft sweet chocolate Roast malts.. Big sweet mozart chocolate nose... Light rice.. Sweet sweet mellow milky chocolate.. Not like a stout way softer and mellower

720ml bottle from Japan Centre. Sake rating #100. Clear very pale yellow colour, no lasting head and aroma of rice, melon, fruity. Taste is mellow, rice, caramel hint, with fruity, melon notes, and drying boozy. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry boozy finish. Quite drinkable.

300ml Aladdin bottle from Japan Centre. Murky yellow colour, no head and aroma of yuzu, citric, lemony. Taste is sweet, lemon, yuzu, some citric rind, sourish, with rice, and boozy notes. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, lingering lemony finish. Quite drinkable.

Finally went after that 10th infused tick. Thick juice like pink pour. Nose is melon and strawberry and some rice milk. Tastes of honey dew, strawberry, grass, simple syrup, some rice and alcohol. Thick and sweet.

Drank at room temperature. The color is a hint of yellow. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of fermented rice. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas goes on hints of melon. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The body is round. The taste intensity is normal, and the taste persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are ready to drink. The aroma in the mouth bears signs of melon and fruit.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy whiteish yellow. Aroma of yuzu and lychee. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Tart, concentrated yuzu. Mild peppery spicy tones. Interesting drink.
