Bottle. Unclear pale golden body with a huge white head. Aroma is floral and more like roses than apples. Taste is also a bit unusually for a cider, not very distinct apple flavor, gives a feeling of flowers and some kind of generic fruit. Tastes sweet and fruity at the first sip, then more tart with some acidity an aftertaste. Somehow bal-anced with a balanced body as well. Not quite sure how great this is as a cider, but sure interesting and original. Might as well try this again. Need to be served chilled.
