33 cl bottle on January 25, 2017. BB 14 aug 2017.Cloudy yellow color, smallish white head that does last, some trace of lacing on the glass. Light acidic, some lemon, a bit grainy, generic spicy, some sort of off putting scent (got more into it later as thyme and sage), the last part it does remind me of something, but can’t quite put my finger on it. Herbal, spicy, grainy, very light acidic taste, also that strange taste, but here stronger, going towards sage I do belive (also thyme), at least some sort of leafy green herb. Does not fit into my taste buds it seems. Medium a bit weak mouthfeel, very low bitterenss.All in all I do not think there’s any problems here, mainly the choise of spices and herbs that messes with my mind and are on top of that not to my liking.

Three different batches on one evening, all 33 cl bottles, on December 7, 2016.BB 2017-06-26:Clear dark reddish brown color, small tan head. Grainy, hints of chocolate, a bit toasted scent. Grainy, slight metallic, some chocolate taste. Grainy aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness.5/3/4/2/7=2.1BB 2017-05-09:Not gushing, but growing some suspect foam in the bottle neck. Clear dark brown color, very small tan head. Very odd vegetal, metallic, canned tomatoes scent. Acidic, canned tomatoes, metallic, smoke taste. Metallic, plastic aftertaste. Weak thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.1/3/1/1/1=0.7BB 2017-02-06:Clear dark brown color, small tan head. Loads of green apples, soem raisin, grainy scent. Apples (green, yellow, red), fruity taste. Estery aftertaste. Weak low CO2 mouthfeel, medium bitterness.Smells like a chewing gum with added chemical apple like scent.2/3/2/2/3=1.2

Roasted, slight acidic, hints of chocolate, alcohol, some berries, grainy scent. Grainy, bitter, burnt, charred, black pop-corn taste. Metallic, hints of toffee aftertaste, also grainy. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness.No real off flavors in this, but feels like poor recipe design.4/3/2/2/3=1.4Second bottle:Apearance same as above. Acidic to sour, compost, garbage, some cacao scent. Acidic, sour, grainy taste. Grainy, sour aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness.Really unpleasant. 33 cl bottle on December 7, 2016. BB 9 maj 2017.Clear odd pink greyish green color, small off-white to pinkish head. Sweet, glue, soem green apples, solvents, berries, lots of fruit esters, some fruit (mainly strawberry) youghurt, grainy scent. Bitter, grainy, watery, astringent taste. A bit stale, sugary, dry harsh bitter aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium though dry and harsh bitterness.

Vegetal, grainy, some sulphur, hints of glue and some alcohol/solvents scent, also a touch of rubber, and some mint. Grainy, harsh/astringent, vegetal taste. Lingering dry harsh bitterness. Very vegetal, sweet, phenolic scent, clove, rubber, phenolic, banana estery. Spicy, phenolic, smoke, clove, grainy, toasted taste. Smoke, harsh bitter aftertaste. Fizzy high CO2 mouthfeel, medium high dry sharp and astringent bitterness.1/2/1/2/2=0.8Third bottle:Hazy peach/orange color, small white head. Plastic, canned tomatoes from a tin, sugary sweet, smoke scent. Phenolic, clove, smoke taste, plastic. Rubber, bitter, smoke, phenolic aftertaste.
