Bottle split at Warsaw Man Cave, with the bros, 07/04/17. Black with a moderate tan covering. Nose is gingerbread biscuit, spice, biscuit crumble, chocolate, ginger. Taste comprises chocolate, spice, charr, ginger, sweet biscuit, malty, spice, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close . Ok ... Stout / SHV cross over affair.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. A clear nut brown coloured pour with a fine halo of tan. Aroma is tangy earthy malts, twig, sweet brown bread. Flavour is composed of sweet brown sugars, malts, apple cake, little boozy. Palate is pretty sweet with. Lowish carbonation. Cakey malts and alcohol linger.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a frothy, off-white head. The aroma holds pine and rindy citrus, orange especially. Medium sweet flavour with moderate piney bitterness, crisp pale bread, more orange rind, tangerine. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Finaihesbwuth soft resinous pine, semi-ripe citrus fruits, orange and tangerine, bitter pine. Good IPA.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours black-brown with a creamy tan head. Decent roast in the nose, dried and leathery berries. Medium sweet flavour with some bitter ash and baking cocoa, ripe berries, raisins. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly warming, with bittersweet baking cocoa, more dark fruits. Nice.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting off white head. Aroma is subdued, old stale grains and a little apple. Flavour is composed of sweaty grains, hint of biscuity malts, pine and orange rind,. Palate is semi sweet spicy hop moderate carbonation. Not bad.

30th December 2016
Columbus, Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra hops. Hazy amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light and has a nice fine crispness. Light malts, thin sweetness. Mild minerals. Light piney orange hop, modest citric peel bitterness. Light hop spice and tangerine. Light finish. Peel bitter linger. Clean and very drinkable.

Bottle. Dark gold color. Aroma: spicy, fruit, boiled onions, malt. Taste: fruits, strong hop bitterness, a little citrus, mild sadness.

Many thanks for this beer to Grzesiek79. Pours a hazy orange-amber colorwith a medium foamy white head. Aroma was popping with citrus and tropical fruit, Flavor of mango, pineapple, orange, dank, touch of sweetness.
