Hab mich beim Einkaufen vergriffen und aus reinem Versehen ein alkoholfreies Bier gekauft. Jetzt hab ich es da, jetzt teste ich es auch und mach so das beste draus. Sehr dunkle Farbe für ein alkoholfreies Bier. Sieht schon sehr gut aus. Nicht zu viel Kohlensäure, eher weich - oft wird da bei Leichtbieren richtig viel Blubber reingemacht. Geschmacklich trifft Karamalz auf Traubenschorle. Recht süß. Eine säuerliche und seltsam bittere Note fällt auf. An Hopfen erinnert mich diese Nuance nicht und ist einfach nur strange. Ansonsten hätte das Bier durchaus Potential als eine Alternative zu Karamalz und Vitamalz.

Anders als der Name vermuten lässt recht dunkle Farbe. Geht nicht wirklich als kupferrot durch. Malziger Antrunk, dann folgen fruchtige Noten, die am ehesten mit schwarzer Johannisbeere vergleichen würde. Spuren von Kaffee. Wird hinten raus etwas trocken. Für die Farbe und die guten 5,4 % Alk. kommt das Bier relativ leicht rüber. Alles in allem ein nicht uninteressantes und recht brauchbares dunkles Bier.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramel in the Bready aroma. Thinnish. Soft roast and caramel in the sweet flavor. Soft soapy notes. Not great.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga. 5,4% ABV.

Bottle picked up from Edeka Dillinger Getränkemarkt Kelheim, consumed at home Tuesday 10th November 2020, cooking Pork braised withe ginger, garlic and sweet soy and rice, listening to Nemone covering for Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music. Pours almost chestnut brown with an off white head. Sweet and malty, nice softness, it's okay but it is not offering up much aside from sweetness and malt.

Bottle picked up from Edeka, Kelheim and consumed at home Saturday 24th October 2020 listening to Patrice Bäumel and cooking a classic Lasagne. Pours chestnut brown with good clarity, a mid sized off white head and nice lacing. Taste is malt driven, fruity but after an initial sweetness runs dry. Caramel and a nice soft mouthfeel complete the picture.

On tap at the brewery. Dark brown with beige head. Malty, caramel, toasted, bit nutty, dry. Moderate sweetness. Easy drinkable. Medium bodied.

On tap at the brewery. Bit cloudy golden with medium sized lasting white head. Malty, super dry, easy drinkable, nice lasting bitter finish. Bit spicy in the end. Great. Probably one of the best style examples I have tried.
