Malty grainy with notes of coffee, some grassy hops, burnt straw; light smoke, light bodied, malty coffee hoppy finish. Can. A cloudy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, peaches, alcohol, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of dextrose, peaches, alcohol, and spices, leading to a dry finish.

Can. A cloudy red beer with a pink head. The aroma has notes of cherries, wheat, dusty hops, and lactose. The flavor is sour with notes of almonds, wheat, cherries, dusty hops, and lactose, leading to a dry finish.

Jens smagning (12/12/2024) - dark sweet roasted malty with notes of chocolate, some fudge and caramel, full body, vanilla accent into the dark sweet malty finish. Very nice. Best of these experimental brews for me.

Jens smagning (12/12/2024) - tart berry fruity and wheaty, prominent raspberry in aroma and taste, medium body and acidity, tingling carbonation, nice sour to tart raspberry fruity close. Very nice, on of the best of these experimental brews so far.

Jens smagning (12/12/2024) - medium sweet fruity and getting citrusy notes of grapefruit, splash of lemon, assume oat infused malty backing giving a nice mouthfeel and body, bittersweet hoppy into the close. Nice.
