Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, wheat, and malt.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ Trade by Gabriel ]. Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, bread, grain, cereal, toasted, light hoppy, perfume - soap. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100901]

Thanks to Allen for this one. The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts hoppy and dry, fresh-flowery. Turns more and more spicy, a little bit sourish. Well balanced intense finish. Drinkable and good beer!

Bügelverschlußflasche (copyright by Allen!): Golden to deep golden, almost clear, medium-sized and stable off-white head, leaving a good lace; fruity-grainy nose with a delicate hoppy background; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour with a light bitterness, very soft; light to moderate sweetish-hoppy finish. Pleasant drink from a pleasant brewery......

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Allen) Hazy, golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Slightly yeasty and moderately sweet malty aroma with very restrained wheaty notes and a grassy hoppy touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly yeasty (cara-)malty taste with a shy wheat-like note and without any noticeable fruit-character; sweet and slightly bitter malt-accented finish. Smells and tastes rather like a bottom-fermented Zwickel, but also like a decent one. 03.III.10

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a loose foamy white head. Distinctively grassy hoppy nose with a light-sweet pale malty background. Light-bitter flavour with a calm malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Slightly biscuity pale malty base with present herbal and grassy hops; dry and distinctively grassy hoppy finish. 24.II.10

Bügelverschlußflasche (Vielen Dank, Julian!): Hazy, golden, mid-sized, slowly collapsing fluffy white head; mild to moderate grassy-hoppy nose with yeast and sweet pale malt underneath, soft, medium bodied; moderate bitter-sweet flavour; slightly lingering - not too dry - grassy hoppy finish with a light fruitiness. Nothing to complain.....

Bügelverschlußflasche (Dank an Allen!): Clear, amber coloured, slowly collapsing off-white head; dryish grassy-hoppy nose with a distinctive caramelly/dark-malty underground; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; drier roast-malty and also slightly hoppy finish. Pretty good....
