bottle, Danke pivnizub! Hazy brown colour with a small fluffy head. Shy nose of roasted malts. Malty with hints of chocolate, slightly fruity.

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Sour-fruity aroma of citrus and light-banana with a present wheat-character and a touch of cloves. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and wheaty taste with rounded fruity notes and soft clovy spice; mildly sour and fruity finish. Refreshing and rounded Hefeweizen. 20.XI.09

Bottle: Golden to deep golden coloured, clrar, smaller quite persistent white head; solid sweet pale-malty and bready nose with a buttery ("bohemian") touch; moderate to solid sweetish-bitter flavour, medium bodied, smooth, robust malty base detectable; increasing hoppy bitterness in the slightly drier pale-malty and bready finish. Pleasant drink.................

bottle, mit Dank an pivnizub! Hazy pale yellow, large white head. Citrusy-yeasty nose. Pleasantly malty and wheaty with a nice yeasty character. Slightly fruity, a nice old-style Hefeweizen.

(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a big and beige foamy head. Sweet and moderately roasty malty aroma with a tinge of candy, caramel and shy traces of herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Roast-malty and slightly leafy taste with notes of caramel; sweet and roasty bitter finish with a whiff of herbal hops and metal. 29.X.09

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blonde medium-sized foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly bready malty aroma with light but still present herbal hops in the background. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Robust malt-character with a tinge of cara-malt and bready notes; sweet and slightly bitter finish with delicate hoppy notes. Clean and pleasant to drink, but on the other hand not extremely exciting. 23.X.09

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet malt-accented aroma with notes of biscuits, honey and a tinge of herbal hops in the background. Sweet and moderately bitter flavour, light bodied but far away from being watery, crispy carbonation. Pale malty base with rounded herbal hoppy spots; moderately dry, mildly bitter hoppy finish. Good. 23.X.09

(bottle) Hazy, almost mahogany colour with a big and beige foamy head. Slightly sweet and yeasty, moderately wheaty aroma with dried fruity and slightly woody notes. Moderately sweet and minimal sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Wheaty and slightly dark malty, slightly toasty taste with hints of caramel and dried fruits; mildly sweet and a bit slim toasty malty finish with a lasting note of caramel and cacao in the aftertaste. Not bad. 01.X.09

Bottle: Golden, almost no head to speak of; quite distinctive pale-malty nose, buttery, too with a light hoppy background; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, but a light malty base is detectable; drier - lingering - hoppy-bitter finish. Nice little Bohemian Pilsner......

Bottle: Deep chestnut-amber coloured with a small off-white foamy layer; mushroomy-yeasty nose with small traces of fruits and caramel; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour with a light chocolatey bitterness, pretty light bodied; sweetish-sourish finish with traces of malt and chocolate. Not bad, but quite plain...........
