33cl Fles bij Le Caillou, Oëtre. Mistig bleekgele kleur, witte kraag. Geur van tarwe, licht zuurtje, kaneel, korianderzaad, lijkt zelfs wel wat op de zoete geur van cola, smaak is erg licht, vlak, beetje perzik, licht korianderzaad-zuurtje. Lichte body.

Op tap bij Le Caillou, Oëtre. Mistig lichtgele kleur, witte kraag. Tropisch fruit, citrus, licht hoppig, smaak is wat aan de dunne kant, waterig, beetje vlak en licht voor een 6.5% NEIPA.

Op tap bij Le Caillou. Licht mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Licht grassig, lychee, licht hoppig, licht moutig, fors bitter, fris. Lastig in een hokje te plaatsen, maar wel lekker. Uitzicht hier is ook niet verkeerd.

33cl Fles van een van de vele cider-en calvadoswinkels in Honfleur. Troebele donkerbruine kleur, snelverdwijnende beige kraag. Vijgen, dadels, licht samentrekkend citroenzuurtje, chocolade, hint van vanille, balsamico, vanillekoekjes, lichtzure finish. Lichte body, zacht mondgevoel, glad. Best lekker, had hier zeer lage verwachtingen van.

Bottle from Biocoop Lisieux. A bit hazy dark golden with small white head.caramel, floral hops, soft spruce, blackberries, dried stone fruits, allspice, ginger, cardamon, bread crust, orange zest. Medium seeet and a bit more bitter. Oily body. Not a typical IPA, but not unpleasant at all.

330 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with moderate head. Not much more than roasted malts in aroma and flavor, with some additional nuts and plastic notes in the latter. Acrid.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark reddish brown with moderate head. Aromas of dark sugary fruit, dark caramel, and soft toasted malts. Flavors tobacco, bitters, sweet fruit and sharp toasted malts. An odd sweet and bitter result that is not really in harmony. Ends metallic and bitter. Great start on the nose...
