From a 440ml can on 7/12/2025. Pours a hazy lightish golden with a medium head. The nose is firmly tropical. Tastes of a mish-mash of fruit - pineapple, passionfruit, white grape, lemon and lime, with a moderate tangy bitterness finishing proceedings. Silky mouthfeel with moderate to average carbonation. Bold, yet cohesive, and goes down a treat. Canberra's best brewery delivers again.

From a 440ml can on 3/12/2025. Pours a hazy milky golden with a smallish head. The nose features peach, passionfruit and candied fruit. It's lovely and cohesive on the sip - more peach and passionfruit and orange, leading into a nice mildish tangy bitterness, with a hint of spice. Pillowy mouthfeel with average to lively carbonation. Moreish, excellent.

From a 440ml can on 27/11/2025. Pours deep brown with barely any head. The nose features stewed fruit with some Belgian yeastiness. Tastes quite sweet up front, fruit again to the fore, with dates, berries and red grape, mixed in with some brown sugar. Finishes with a decent, very lightly sour bitterness. Not heard of a Munich wine before, but this presents as a very fruit forward barleywine for mine. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel with average. Pretty easy drinking for the size. Different and enjoyable.

Munichwine, huh. Can. Pretty much black, large light tan head lasts OK. Aroma of stewed fruit, bread, brown sugar, spices. Toasty with dried and stewed fruit, grape skins, decent bitterness. Perhaps not surprisingly, very Doppelbockish. The finish is drying and nicely bitter and it really keeps it drinkable. Perhaps doesn't quite justify its strength but pretty good.

From a 440ml can on 9/11/2025. Pours a clear deep amber with a small, disappearing head. The nose is malty, with lots of caramel, toffee and treacle. On the sip, there's more caramel and toffee, with lots of golden syrup, a good dash of raisins and dates, and a hint of apple, with strong, spicy, lingering bitterness. The palate is syrupy but the body lightish for the size, with moderate carbonation. The brewer asks the drinkers to guess the style. I'm convinced it's a barley wine, so have entered it on here as such. And it's a very good one too.

From a 440ml can on 28/10/2025. Pours a cloudy pale golden with a big foamy white head. The nose is very citrussy - sharp and zesty, with some big tropical notes in the background. It's more tropical on the sip, with sweet passionfruit, pineapple and mango prominent, but the citrus kicks back in with lots of lemon and lime in a tangy finish. Has a silky palate with moderate to average carbonation. A very good very big hazy.

From a 440ml can on 2/9/2025. Pours a super deep brown with virtually no head. Smells of chocolate and caramel and a touch of fridge. Its' moderately sweet on the sip, with that typically Baltic porter character, with chocolate and caramel again presenting, along with promised maple syrup and some nuttiness. There's a gentle bitterness at the finish with the lightest of roasty notes. Fullish body with a slightly syrupy palate, and softish carbonation. Not super challenging and pretty straight forward, but smooth and enjoyable.

Can. Just unclear amber with a cm of white head. Light biscuit aroma with gentle spices. Biscuity malt with moderate sweetness, some stone fruit, rather tentative spicy bitterness.

From a 440ml can on 6/8/2025. Pours a lightly hazy light golden with a medium head. The nose is very pleasant and spritzy - passionfruit, lemon, orange and hint of white grape. All of that's there on the sip too, along with some of the promised pineapple and peach. Has a satisfying moderate bitterness at the back with more than a touch of citrus rind. Has a silky mouthfeel and average carbonation. Truly excellent.

From a 440ml can on 13/7/2025. Pours a lightly hazy medium golden with a small to medium head. The nose features some light tropical and stone fruit notes. Tastes quite juicy - some mango passionfruit and apricot, which is met by a light citric, zesty bitterness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very solid and enjoyable.
