Can from the LCBO in North Bay.
Pours a clear orange, with a medium white head. Aroma is cereals, light sweetness, hint of apples. Mouth feel is nice, but fuller than expected, with a very soft carb. Soft fruity ale flavour, cerelas, and hints of grass. Typical Kolsch, not awful, but nothing to write home about.

Clean, golden colour with an amber-pinkish hue, a big frothy cap that is whitish-purplish with good retention and full lacing. Big hop aromas with some grassiness-herbs, a touch of spiciness and a malt-corn base. The taste is milder, but still has bite with the hops adding to the maltiness. Seems more like a Pilsner with the light spicy notes, and less cereal grain Kölsch-like feel. Easy-drinking, refreshing and kind of unique with the purple corn - but nice to not be too corny.

Can purchased at The Beer Store in Mattawa. Pours a clean golden colour with the purple corn giving it a slight darker amber hue. The warm off-white cap is frothy lasting a bit, covering the brew and leaving very good thick foamy lacing. The nose is where it gets me. Way too sweet with that corn and caramel malt. Even diacetyl is at the party. The taste is a little better as not too crazy sweet. Does not seem to hoppy, but whatever it is.. seems to help. Even some dryness in the finish. Still, not a party I would go again.
